Sleepy eyes : Easy ways to sleep
Let me tell you a good thing, your healthy lifestyle needs a good sleep of 6 to 8 hours. Most of the people want take a nap in the middle of their hustling work routeen and than at the end of their work they take their meal and than again they want to sleep.
But,
Sleep is gone and they wide awake all the night in search of sleep. Nap is good but long nap in the middle of the day gives them disturb sleep routeen and at the end they just got sleepy eyes..
Here i shall tell you how to manage your sleep routine in a busy life where all your worries are about earning tge money and spending it.
1. You should take your meal before sleepy atleast 3 hours earlier before going to bed.
2. Leave all your gadgets half an hour before your bed timings.
3. Take a cold shower bath of at least 5 minutes.
4. Massage your feet with any synthetic oil specially in the middle of fingers with light hands.
5. Wear a loose dress so the fresh air circulate through your body all the time.
6. Dim the lights of your bedroom and lay down on the right turn.
7. Your bed must be comfortable with a medium pillow below your head.
8. Try to assume the good future life style
And here you go for the relax and sound sleep for 8 hours.
